1) Hi. I am uncertain how maintenance cost are calculated. Is it base on the length of the maintenance period or is it based on how long it takes for the aircrafts condition to achieve 100%. For example, would I be charged the same maintenance cost, given I had the same plane on the tarmac, for lets say 3 hours vs if I had it for 4 hours, even though technically it might only take 2 hours to achieve 100% condition.
2) Also, is it true that for every unique maintenance category after the third would mean and additional 15% in cost for each.
