I don't know what's happening in the real world. But as we all know, everybody use aircrafts to transfer money from holdings to subsidiary. And it keeps on going one after another. So why bear so much pain? What about adding an option to transfer money to and from holdings and subsidiaries?
Totally agree. It makes no sense that we have to go through a lot of trouble for something that should be as easy as the click of a button. In fact, even if the subsidiary is listed the parent company should still be able to transfer money to it (though obviously not the other way around), holdings investing money in their subs is something that happens all the time IRL.

I agree 100% As for examples of parent companies or major shareholders pumping money into their subsidiaries, see Etihad-->Air Berlin or GM-->Opel for example.
Also companies buying failing airlines and injecting money to get them back on their feet and make future profit, happens all the time IRL, but is not possible here.
This is a long overdue function that should be considered. Totally agree with above suggestions.
