Every blue space in schedule will make the maintenance to take place and aircraft condition to improve. You should aj be at least 3.5 hours of maintenance per day, every day, preferably 2x 2 hours, and maintain your maintenance ratio over 100%. Your aircraft will then be in favorable condition

What do you mean it is in bad condition? Have you activated the flight schedule already and has the first flight taken place? You will see condition change only after the maintenance window ends and the flight departs. You will not see any condition change while the maintenance is taking place.
If the condition is below 50% it is grounded and no automatic transfer will be done. Also not at the right departure airport, the check if maintenance is done can't be done. So if you have such a constellation, manually transfer it to an airport, the aircraft shall depart in the next hours/days...
