I am running Enchanted Airlines on Stapleton this time out.
As I try to fine-tune things, I grappling with staff mood. I have paid everyone a dollar or two more than the national average and yet they have a declining mood. This is putting my passengers off and is tarnishing my image. What sort of things can I do to make the staff cheer up?

You should raise the salary for your staff.
raise it by 5%
Raise it with a lot of money (e.g. from 500 to 800). Wait till it has reached maximum level. Then decrease the salary to some dollars above average. Your staff mood will stay maximum while only paying few dollars more than average.
If you raise it to at least 10% of national average, it should go up by one green bar about every two weeks. I usually go 10% + $5 more. I think the most important one is the flight attendants because it also affects the overall image of your flights.
