As a Newbie, Devau may be a good choice, because transfer time is extended to 15 hours and there are no ground networks. The result is, that it will be easier for your airline to have connecting passengers.
However, I am unable to give good advice about which country on that server would be a good spot.

Fornebu saw a VERY big player liquidating just this week. China is all empty and also has a few other empty spots. You might even find some other big players to help you with a start up there.
Also Canada on Ellinikon is relatively fee after a major liquidation this week. You may want to have a frequent look at this thread:
