So I opened a 16 hour route to jfk, and the economy seats are filled in a day. Thats cool and the route became profitable, but only 3 business and no first passengers so far. This is a huge profit miss. What is the problem?

CMB-JFK is a massive route, which I very much doubt would be successful in a legacy world. Especially with only 22 aircraft to feed it. I think the mystery is more how are you filling economy which would be down to the newish game world. In terms of the premium seats I'd suggested either there is zero demand, or there are not enough aircraft with the premium classes to feed. I notice only 9 of your aircraft was first, and all your MA60s don't have business...
If there's a big difference between classes, you should compare the ORS ratings. Maybe your business class doesn't get a service that is as competitive as your economy service? The same applies for the seats.
Also, I'd expect there are quite some connecting passengers on your route. But is the feed on your side (and the other end as well) as good for business (and especially first class) as it is for economy?
Yeah. 85-90% are connecting passengers.
Ill make first amd business seats on every aircrafts.

Hi, I would sugest prior your ULH you could thought about some e-jets increase feeding and than go for ULH if your Economy is good than take of the first class from your 777 it really doesnt worth that much, even if you put F your MA60 I think it wont work so well also well, that's an Idea.
