No flights departing?

Hi Wright Folks,
What am I missing?

Despite full bookings, my flights aren’t departing. I transferred the aircraft from where I bought it, to my main hub (ATL). The schedule looks good, and I activated the flight plan. The first flight should have occurred about 10 hrs ago, followed by a return flight, then the next flight from the hub should have left 1hr15min ago. Current location: still at my hub, Atlanta. I’ve looked at accounting and other data. There has been no change in about 14 hrs - all startup costs and no revenue.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just looked at the system time and first scheduled flight.
System time: 2020-01-04 19:53 HT
First flight: 05.01. 06:00 HT
Why does it take so long to commence?
I had it all set about 16 hrs ago ~ 2020-01-04 03:30 HT.
