On-board service question

I've just discovered that for the majority of my flights there is no on board service at all. I have a standard profile for all flights, but it seems it is not applicable automatically to all flights.  Is that so? What did I do wrong? How can I do to apply an on-board profile to all flights in my network?

I'm not sure why it's happening but I suggest you go to Route Management. There, you can manually add the profile to each route.

It may happen if you select an on-board service with a minimum distance as standard service and the flight distance is not long enough.

Thaks. It should be that, as I had an over 800Km service as default without realizing. But then I changed it and still is not applied to most of my flights.Does that mean I should add manually the on-board serviceto every flight? Is there a way to add the service to all flights?

You can go to the Routemanagement ....then you select your Hub and then every destination ..... on each destination you have to select the Service Profile and make sure you also click that the change also applies for the return flight .... I think thats the quickest way

And a very good tool. I use Route Management anytime I add/delete/change flights or planes, and check that particular feature at least a few times a day to see how things are progressing.

Thanks guys. A lot of hard work ahead, as a I have some 500 flights that I have to check... Maybe this is not the place, but I think a good suggestion would be some kind of tool that allowed a given on-board service profile to be applied to several flights at the same time...

I am new to this game....and forget about the on-board service...now i have to do apply it individually to my ~some 30 flights....So stupid

You will get used to it. It happens everybody once in a while.

Honestly I always apply it individually to each route as it is quite difficult to calculate the distance in the head.

You don't have to calculate in your head, CBE. Before I schedule a route, I check the distance with the inventory. Or even better with the market check (don't know how this tab is called in English). Then I also know if somebody else is flying this route already.

Well I schedule or on impulse and add routes that best fit my aircraft or I use the ASroutemap. I belive my way is quicker.

Don't know - I am pretty convinced from my way but there are many to reach Rome... :-)
