Is there a list of countries that show it has an open investment policy / open traffic rights? As i can't seem to find a list and going through countries takes a while and is getting a bit tedious.

Suppose you are based in country X (company A) and open a subsidiary (company B) in investment open country Y. Then company A can operate domestic flights in X whereas company B can operate domestic flights in country Y.
