Does personal layoffs affect your ORS rating , because one of my routes load factor has decreased by almost 10 % , there is no new competition and current competitors have not changed their prices .

What can affect pax loads , on a route that has been performing at 97 % ?
Demand? Maybe there is nothing more to milk out. Try opening or two new destinations and I think it will be filled.
If those extra 10% were connecting passengers (your own airline or an IL partner), it could be that someone opened a competing connection somewhere else.
Or the AGEX has gone down ... The not-so-tight connections are affected more with low AGEX than tight or very long haul connections. E.g. on a 10,000 km trip one more hour of connection tim would nto matter much. On a one thousand km trip that one hour of additional connection time would make much difference with low AGEX.

Not certain time of year, because AGEX goes up and down randomly, but it usually has a period general upward tendency and a period of general downward tendency. You can check this under Markets and Exchanges - AGEX
