Hope someone can help.
I recently built a passenger terminal with the minimum capacity of 2000 pax. I scheduled one flight to depart from the terminal, which I operate only 3 times a week with a configuration of just over 200 seats. However when I updated the setting it said “Terminal is overbooked!”
I don’t understand how it can be overbooked when I should actually have about 1200 pax capacity remaining?
Am I missing something?

Go to Station (XYZ) -> Terminals and see which flights are assigned to depart form that terminal, it will list the seat capacity assigned per week.

It lists capacity as 2000 per week, and weekly departing passengers from my three flights as 613. So I don't understand why it's overbooked?
Can you please post a screen shot of the “handling capacities” under station overview for this particular station?
I have attached two screenshots. Note in this second it says "capacity left: 2000" in one place and capacity left "-1598" in another.
I think you have not assigned any capacity for your own use at that terminal.
