Passenger Terminal Contracts

I am having trouble figuring out what is the best way to construct the contract to offer for passenger terminal services.  Any suggestions?

Just for correct understanding: You have a terminal and you don´t know how to set a good price für selling your capacity?

You don’t set a specific price, you set a percentage of the AS default handling price ($11 for passengers, $25 for cargo). Most people offer their terminal space at a discounted price (anywhere from 5-15%), but I’ve also seen one person offering at a premium. That surprised me, as its not the norm from what I’ve seen.

Look at other offers at your airport and at other airports. Then you´ll get a feeling for the prices very fast
