I have another question, to the community...
I have created some routes between 6 and 8 demand airports, no other airline orating this route and no ground links possible, why I don't have any traffic going that way, is there another feature in Airline sim, that I am not aware of , like holiday traffic or geographical travels...etc.
Example route is MIR to KBP.
ORS shows my flight at the top.
How is demand generated on such routes?

rather than asking questions that have been answered several times across this board, please refer to the many available threads, e.g. http://community.airlinesim.aero/topic/8123-as-for-beginners-an-attempted-blog/or http://community.airlinesim.aero/topic/16-frequently-asked-start-up-questions/ or many questions with titles like "why no pax", "why no bookings", "why does no one want to fly with my airline", ....
and also, it would be incredibly helpful to know what airline on what server to actually take a look.
and just judging by the route you mentioned: I am not expecting that great of a demand between monastir and kiev.
Demand is set to be similar to be real life demand. In real life, are there even any direct flights from MIR to Kiev? Is there even a market for Tunisian's to go to Ukraine? Sometimes on the wikipedia pages for major airports it will list their busiest routes by flights or passengers per year. This can be helpful in determining some good starter markets that don't rely heavily just on connections.
