To my horror i just noticed that one of my aircrafts all of a sudden didn’t have pilots assigned, thereby cancelling all flights in It’s schedule. The a/c has always had pilots and there is no problem with salary or mood, so I don’t see how this could have happened. For a small airline this gets extremely expensive.
Can anyone tell me how this would happen?
