https://www.asroutemap.info/will show you the hotspots

Maybe a dumb question, but how is that map read? Does green mean there are lots of opportunities (ie a low concentration of airlines HQ'd)? I looked at Germany in Ellinikon and it shows no colour, but FRA has only 6% slot availability. Going by the map, what colour would indicate a good place to investigate starting an  airline?

Very simple. The "darker" or more red, the "hotter" (read better) the place to start.

Select a minimum Airport size, the minimum percentage of free slots to see the areas where you can have a closer look.

In this example you should find airports of size 6 with more than 60% of free slots in Israel, in the UK but also Saudi Arabia, etc.

Select to show the airports to identify the possible hubs.

Unfortunately, OTTO IV is not yet available on the website. I guess it will take a while.

There should be many opportunities on Otto IV... ;)

:D  :D  :D  :P  :P  Not for opportunities but for analysis.

Seems like the website still does analysis of old and discontinued worlds too.

#8

Then ask the genius behind AS Routemap to add Otto IV...

Like? Which one?

Matth,

I think I get it now. I was confused because it did not show names like Otto IV, Quimby VII and Yeager I. All I saw was Otto, Quimby and Yeager. Also I did not realize there were private worlds called Zeppelin and Concorde. Sorry, I have not been around for well over a year.
