I am trying to get more credits I am down to 8 and for some reason its not working :( I don't want to lose my account :( please help
Please send an email containing your account name and the means of payment you are trying to use to payment@simulogics.net and we will try to sort it out asap.
Hope that the Admins will give you some help,
but please note that the system keeps your account alive for at least 28 days.
So no panic ,,,,
But you should give some information which way of payment you like to use (Credit-Card etc.)
