I have placed biding for 6 aircrafts with my two separate sub-company, one is cargo company and the other is passenger carrier; I am the highest bidder after finish but I have waited more than 1 hour that the aircrafts are still not in my fleet. What's the reason?

You should indicate the airline and the server, that way support can look into it. Most likely some slight server hiccup.
The airline is All American Cargo and All American Express. The server is OTTO.

I would like to add I'm also having this issue on Otto. I notice the status light is red, is it offline for maintenance?

I noticed, that on the aircraft market on Otto there is shown, that there are some used planes on the market, but if you click on the number, no aircraft are available.

Yes, there seems to be a data issue with some of the older aircraft types that have never been used with the new Turnaround feature, looking into it.
Should work again. This was a code-fix. We need to look at some of the data of several types, too, though. If you see awkward (or no) cargo capacities for older types, that's the reason. We'll look into it asap.

I have done some hasty research to get plausible data for the more important models. I've also put my focus on freighters as they are affected the most by the missing parameters (for other parameters, there are at least some fallbacks).
The models for which data is now in Otto have been crossed out in the list above. If anyone can provide me with good sources to get the cargo capacities (bulk, main deck, converted) of the missing types, I'd greatly appreciate it. Note that I need volume and weight values of possible, the amount of doors to access cargo compartments and the amount/size/tare weights of typical container configurations for main/lower-deck cargo.
Not sure if it is related, but it seemed my fleet of Avro RJs have their maintenance ratios changed dramatically, as well as sightly lengthened turn around time . I wonder if this may have anything to do with this?

Yes, it does. Because now they actually have cargo capacities for baggage, so the turnaround times are now calculated correctly.
But the thing is the first few flights before the inclusion of cargo was also affected by the new patching of data, for example:
And even after the inclusion of cargo the new flights doesnt come up with them at all, apart from a few selected flights. My settings for all flights are the same - default. Perhaps this is also part of the bug?
Since this is mostly about baggage, not actual cargo, the time it takes to load/unload the baggage is live-calculated based on the current specs of the aircraft type. As such, all flights are affected.
In other news: Just updated once again and added the Fokkers.
