I have Quimby server anplane yhat I leased 3 days ago and given a flight schedule but nothing is happening. Ive setup my route frpm Mexico City to lhr and mex to Amsterdam but thrre are no seats being sold and tye airbux 350 is still sitting atthe factory… Any ideas

Do you have pilots assigned? Have you installed seats? Have you activated the schedule?

Pilots looks ok 24 active, 24 required...  i have 3 airbus 350

seats installed... all 3 classes same setup as my other 2 airbus

fligth schedule is green.. maint ratio 253%

plane is sitting at TLS waiting for delivery.  

I havent done anything different for this aircreaft order then for the other 30 planes in my fleet.   very weird

And it is just this plane that nothing is happening too.. all other planes are running fine

A350s are already delivered, and schedules are activated with delay from 17/1. You will see flights booked in ORS in a time that is max 72 hours till arrival.

I believe it is because your first flight towards Amsterdam departs on Tuesday and in AS flights only load around 3 days before the plane departs so that aircraft will only be standing there waiting until Tuesday when it will do it's maiden flight. We can continue this on tuesday if nothing happens and then it is something for Martin to take care of but I believe the problem has never existed.

Maybe there might be something wrong with the transfer flights but could you manually transfer it to MEX though I would recommend you let it be as it should fix itself?

What you have done is assigned a crew and a cabin but not given them directions on what to do it is like having a fully equipped circus but without making a show so all the acrobats, clowns and animals would just sit in the ring and do nothing.

Flight will be transferred as soon as the first flight is booked into flights page. Check the flights page for the aircraft and see if the first flight is already booked there.
