Re-organising Flights

Greetings, 

What is the best way to re-schedule my most regular flights (less than 400km) so that I may fly at regular intervals.

I fly (10) ATR 42-600 & (3) ATR 72-600.

Please keep in mind that I fly to South of France + Paris, Barcelona, Tunisia and Morocco.

So my flights are max 1500km. 

Do you have any advice on what is the best way to arrange my departures (all from 2 planes or spread it among my entire fleet)?

I currently have 12 daily, and my 'start of day' is at 1:00 because Algiers demand calculation is at 0:45.

My usual maintenance time is between the last flight and 1:00, but for such short routes I free 2h between 12:00 and 14:00.

How would you schedule such 'commuter flights'?

Whichever option allows for those flights the minimum connection time necessary for passengers to connect to your medium- and long-haul flights and no more.

Scheduling them on a single plane makes it easier to then upgrade the plane when passenger numbers rise - and they will once you have more connections. But it will limit your possibility of timing the flight appropriately.

Spreading the flights through the fleet increases your connection options and avoids any gaps in airplane usage, but makes it harder to upgrade planes when demand rises.
