Every time i want to upload a small logo into the sim it says that it has an invalid width. Is there a way to measure the correct width and height.
hmmm... yes, there is... in every programme which you can use to create logos you will find a way to measure exactly what you are doing.

You need a program like Photoshop or GIMP to created a logo. Within these programs, you can adjust the image to the following size: 120x23 pixels
et voilà - your logo will be ready for approval.
or even more basic (and less pretty):
if you are running windows, use paint, use the "resize"-function and choose 120x23 pixel as target size.
Or just use paint, and adjust the logo to the required pixel height and length
