Did anyone provide services on small planes, like LET 410UVP, Britten-Norman BN-2T Turbine-Islander? I'm trying but it seems that there is no hope of that. The flights are fully booked but still loss money. Does anyone have any suggestions?
If they are fully booked, slowly increase prices by 5%. Most often than not, these planesare used as a feeder, on a grand scale of things the flights generate revenue further down the road with the connecting passengers.
LET 410UVP works fine for me, I run a feeder airline using this and quite happy with the financial performance.
Use this on very short haul and niche market, adjust the price accordingly and this will give a nice cashflow.

are you providing any services?
errr.. what services you mean?
I'm using over 60 servicing all those 1 bar Canadian airports. Usually because you are not competing with other carriers I've found you can keep your in flight services to a minimum and only increase it on routes with competition. Even then though you may lose money charging default pricing. I've found though you can usually charge 10, 20, 30% over default and still pull enough passengers to make it worthwhile. These planes are regularly pulling in margins over 40% when I can fill them. Just like anything else keeping them filled is the battle.

In flight services. Food, drinks...
Yes, I have been flying them and I gave them the same service as all other planes. If you fly them whit 3 buisness recliner shorhaul and 15 economy leisure plus they are quite good. Even if I do not understand who is giving the passagers the food (as there are no flight attendats) but I have very good service on them.
@CBE
Self-Service at time of boarding.
Each pax takes a plastic-bag with everything you provide plus newspaper and magazines from a bookstall.
You just need to take care that the drinks / food you offer is convenient for plastic-bag. Means cold food only, soft-drink and maybee a beer can.
Just have a litte bit fantasy :)

Air Canada Express flights on the BEH1900D used to have a snack basket brought onboard by the pilots. I’m not sure if they still do though, as it’s roughly about the same amount of time and $500 less if I take the Greyhound to YYC instead.

When you do that, are you getting a bad rating because of the missing flight attendant? I remember the rating would be really bad for business class when you don't have any flight attendant.
As long as there no jump seats in an aircraft you can not assign any flight attendant.

No Flight attendands situation would only affect your flight image rating not your per-flight ORS rating. Of course lower image then in turn affects future ORS rating, but couple of no-FA flights would have very negligible impact on the image rating.

I'm running those planes in Papua, and small planes are the main power of the whole fleet. Changing to that kind of configuration will affect my ORS rating quickly and eventually becomes a large problem.
You can always compensate by better on board service and more seat pitch and better seats.
I have an Nepal airline, more than 2 years old. I run LET 410UVP's planes with a decent profit. It's not a problem at all :-)
