So many maintenance costs suddenly. Profit is completely gone because of this. I am in the process of modernizing. Or am I missing something. Help is welcome.

How many different aircraft types?
If your airline has more than 3 aircraft types, you get a penalty of +15% maintenance cost per additional type. Or as written in the handbook:
“Maintenance category: Aircraft within the same category have similar requirements regarding maintenance. Keep in mind that maintaining a diverse fleet can become expensive: Once your fleet contains aircraft from more than 3 categories, maintenance will cost an extra 15% for each added category.”

Your fleet has a ton of different types, due to which you have massive additional maintenance costs. Best to focus on having a less diverse fleet.

If I am right, you have 15 different plane types. That means that you have 3 for free and for each additional categories you have to pay 15% on top. Now 12 x 15% = 180% more costs than with only 3 types.
That is eating your profits, yes.

Then I can work better subsidiaries regionally and the major flights at the parent company
