Staff Mood in Aspern

As you might have guessed, employee unrest is giving me grave concern. 

I can’t figure out why my staff mood is in the red even after I pay them well over the national average. I do pay some of my employees (Pilots, Air hostess) almost 10% over the national average and what do I get for it …huh?? (lol) I haven’t experienced this level of employee dissent (it is almost mutinous! lol) in other worlds and I am trying to figure out if this is normal or peculiar to Aspern. Any inputs will be appreciated.

In the first weeks it will settle down if you are above the average.. :)

Well, I pay them 30% extra and only get 1 extra bar... In other worlds I believe I get 2 extra bars for such a raise ;-)

It will take some time for the staff mood to reflect the salary changes. It's not something I would lose sleep over.
