Staff mood upgade

Hello,

I’m playing AS for 2 weeks now, and my staff mood is from 1 green bar to 1 red bar. But how do you know why the staff isn’t happy?

How can you resolve the problem with the staf, and make them happy again?

quite easy … you have to pay more … until you reach 5 green bars … then you can hold it at 1 $ higher then the avarage

I have my staff mood at 5 green now so I am curious if i can save some money here.

It is enough if you keep the wages 1$ higher then the countrywide avarage… when you reached the 5 Green bars. So you can lower your wages to keep it 1$ above the average. You need to check it at least 1 or 2 times a week because the avarage wages might change.
