Still in air cancellation

I'm having a lot of flights cancelled, the reason: aircraft still in air. I have not touched the schedules for those aircraft, and on the schedule tab the flight plan is green. What's going on??

Can it have something to do with that message we got today concerning a cabin change which ought to have been done?

Check the flights tab? Is it in the wrong place, or flying when it shouldn't be?

I've also been experiencing errors in the game on Aspern today I haven't before.

This happenned on Gatow, haven't experienced it on Aspern yet. Cabin configs have nothing do to with it (or shouldn't have), since I've been using the new seats since they were rolled out. This is happenning with flights that are ready at a given time and departing at that exact same time (for instance, I have a flight from EZE-MVD that after flying the route is ready at 15:20, and at 15:20 I have the return flight MVD-EZE). So, on the flight schedule it's ok, green and all, but I'm getting the return flight cancelled because it's "still in air" (while it shouldn't). And then many more flights are cancelled, because if that flight never takes place, the following flights are cancelled because of "wrong airport".

Please AS team, look into it...

I got a lot of flights cancelled throughout the day. Lost 3 million already and counting... Can't change the cabin config, as the system won't allow me to do so. I already contacted support. hopefully they'll be able to help out.

If you're not able to change the cabin configuration, force you browser to reload with Ctrl+F5 or similar.

Got some flights cancelled too... no specific reason other than the standard email. And I do not have any of the old cabin configuration left. So what's going on?

Edited: It was "Still in air" cancellations, followed by (of course) "wrong airport" after a while...

Same problem on Nicosia...

EDIT: And I´m not able to do anything against further cancellations because "operation time out"....

I haven’t experienced any of these yet, but my main competitor has. However, when I mouseover for the cancellation reason, it says “Insufficient Condition” with a couple instances of “Wrong Airport/Insufficient Condition”. No mention of a “Still in air” message though.

"insufficient condition" - do you still have old cabin configs?

"insufficient condition" - do you still have old cabin configs?

They aren’t my planes, so I don’t know what configurations are installed. It doesn’t look like the route pricing profile has been updated to show the increased default business class pricing yet, so it’s possible.

As a couple of examples: [Croydon Server]

JIA 1938 HND-KIX 14.04 17:10 UTC operated by JA0758 (B737-900ER BGW) in C14Y120 [Wrong Airport/Insufficient Condition]

FBA 1220 HND-HNL 14.04 23:35 UTC operated by N1598FBA (B737-900ER HGW Winglets) in C24Y135 [Wrong Airport/Insufficient Condition]

If they aren't yours - where do you see the cancelation reason?

In the Route Management screen between two points. I’ve always been able to mouseover to see the reason why a flight was cancelled, even if it isn’t operated by me.
