Subsidiary Aircraft

Hi,

I have recently purchased a subsidiary (from stock market), and it has an aircraft that is purchased with a loan.

I would like to sell it to my a large airline (worth a few hundred million), but that option is unavailable in the asset transfer, as with the sale and lease back options…

Despite this, the aircraft is able to be listed on the market. Is there a way that I could transfer this to my larger airline?

Thanks,

Matthew

You cannot transfer an airplane bought on credit.

Thanks mate!

If you pay off the loan I think you can sell it.

Yeah, or it can be listed on the aircraft market for someone to purchase…

If I asked around and got someone to buy it and then I buy it back from them into my holding, would that be classified as ‘cheating’?

Nope, that’s perfectly legal, and frankly highly recommended as that plane is costing you way too much
