How long does it take for passengers to start booking on your flights?
When you set your schedule, you should activate the schedule with a three day delay. This is because flights are booked going out three days. Here's an example of how it will work:
* You set the schedule for your aircraft and activate it with a three day delay. You do this at 12:00pm, hub time.
* After the schedule is activated, flights will start booking three days into the future. If, say, you have a flight scheduled to leave at 12:05pm three days from when you activate, it will appear on the booking in about five to ten minutes.
* Your passengers start booking onto your flights depending on the demand calculation at each airport. Check out the airports and look under "demand calculation". This is the time, each day, passengers are booked onto flights departing from that particular airport. If the example flight left from your hub, and its demand calculation was at 12:50pm, you would start getting the first passengers booking your first flights right after that is computed by the servers.
Hope this helps.
And if after 1-2 days your route doesn't get any decent passenger bookings, i'd recommend you shut it down ^.^
