Transfering flights from an aircraft to another

Is there any possibility to have a tool for transfering scheduling from one aircraft to another in the future? It could be independent of aircraft types. Differences in aircraft velocity, therefore in slots taken, could be adjustable by few clicks.

We could always maintain the departure time at first (the other way, keeping arrival slot could be possible too). As an example:

Changing GIG-BSB from a 734 to 739

>734:

DEP 11:00 (taking GIG 11:00 slot)

ARR 12:31 (taking BSB 12:30 slot)

>739:

DEP 11:00 (taking GIG 11:00 slot)

ARR 12:29 (taking BSB 12:25 slot - CHANGE OF SLOT!)

If BSB 12:25 slots are full, then we could change GIG departure to 11:01. It would be useful when changing between similar types, not like ATR to B737. It would be useful to update our fleets. It will be a pain the ass when A320neo and B737 MAX become avaiable in the game. People have fleets with 500+ aircrafts and will likely want to replace all of them by modern equipments. 

It’s really boring to renew our fleets without a proper tool.

I have the same problem with my older B737-200 fleet. I want to replace for newer B737-700 but the 700 has a higher maximum speed. So I cannot (easily) transfer the schedule from the old plane to the new one.

Chaps. unfortunately that's just something you learn with experience.

Right now, I pretty much get 737s and 739s and can easily upgrade.

Having a tool to upgrade or downgrade aircraft would be extremely useful, even if it is just (temp) for aircraft with the same speed etc.

Look at "suggestions and ideas", it must be one of the most frequently posted requests.  However, if it was TOO easy, then you'd lose half the fun, I think :unsure:
