Is there a way to transfer or sell shares I hold of another company to a subsidiary of my holding?

Can I set any price I want to set to be sure that nobody else is going to buy the shares instead of my subsidiary? Or do I have to meet certain regulations?
+/- 10% of trading price.
I would suggest do it in small chunks. So if there is another buyer in the market, you will find out and delay the transfer.
