I have a problem with turnaround time. It's always increasing and that gives delays. I can't understand why. For example, I had plane ready for departure at 3.32 and departure at 3.35. Today, turnaround activities end at 3.37 and departure time is the same as it was. Why does it happen?
Can you please show a screenshot of the flightplan in question?
That's one of planes
As you can see where I highlighted, your plane is planned to leave 4 minutes before its actually ready. If it makes sense?
And then, your delays accumulate throughout the day. You have 3 delay points and 2 compensation points. At the end of the day your overall delay is 4 minutes, which can possibly affect your maintenance and maintenance condition the next day, and can even possibly cause the aircraft to come back late from maintenance on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, therefore crating even more delays and accumulating more delays during those days and then possibly sending forward even more cumulative delays to the next day.
Thanks, Banff and George, that you have taken over. :-)
Yes, I understand what those yellow lines mean. But I don't understand why they appear. When I was planning this shedules all departures were planned after the plane was ready for departure. Delays started some time later. And those yellows things appeared today.

Did you make any change to seating, or to cargo settings?

No, I guess I didn't.
did u change the positioning of the aircraft at the airport (terminal vs. remote position)? whether you accept cargo or not?
maybe just check the details for the turnaround and see what's taking so long.
I did encounter a similar problem for one occasion but I cannot reproduce it again. So that’s why I decide to leave it and did not report. Guess I had to screenshot such next time.
Usually if you plan a flight with empty (no seating) aircraft, and later assigned seating plans, the scheduled turnaround time will increase. Or it could be the case you assigned a more complicated service profile afterwards.
Also if you add items to service profile they may increase catering time, or you add or remove first or business class, etc. This all can affect dynamic turnaround times.

Oh, that changes everything. I was changing my service profile recently)) Thank you very much!
