Newer servers will probably have this change if it continues. With a new President coming into office with unknown policy positions it is unlikely to change in the short term.
It is likely to change once all restrictions are lifted in my opinion. At the moment you can only go if you are in one of 5 categories. Leisure is not one

the problem is, that (thank god) AS traffic data is based on real life traffic data. However the dataset is not a "live" snapshot but a historic one (a few years old). As such it contains a demand of 0 between the US and Cuba. Therefor even if the restriction would be lifted in game, there wouldn't be any demand (a part from a few Canadian or European transit passengers)...

They used to charge for carry-ons, and it was a little ambuguous to first time flyers, not sure if that has changed. I haven’t flown them but from everyone I’ve talked to about it, it’s a pretty typical LCC. High density and few amenities.
