Upload Onboard Service Option

Hi All,

Currently I run around 8 airlines on Aspern, and have previously played on 3 other servers as well.

Every time I start a new airline, I have to go through the pain staking task of making new Service Profiles.

Now, a few years ago, I spent quite a lot of time optimizing my service profiles, which were named by distance. This was to get the best bar rating for the least AS$s. For example, I had the following profiles (or something similar).

  • SR (less than 800km)
  • 800 km
  • 1200 km
  • 1500 km
  • 2500 km
  • 3500 km
  • 4500 km
  • 5500 km
  • ULH (above 5500 km and selecting everything)

It would be useful if there was an option where I would be able to download these configs and upload them. Particularly useful when starting on new servers. And my one-off investment would be worth it. I have tried opening the screens side by side, but that doesn't always work smoothly for different enterprises within the same server.

Maybe this can be extended to cabin configs as well.

Technically it could be easy. Generate an XML file with the configs and an upload field where you could upload the file and import the config.

I would welcome that option as well.

You are using 9 onboard profiles? That's a lot of optimization and micro management. I refuse to include more than four, which is still quiet painfull when starting a new airline.

I use 11 onboard services. For each new distance (800, 1500, 2500 etc) a new service. Always with the optimal price and green bars.

So I now what a hassle it is to add the onboard services when started a new airliner. So I would really appreciate the download function!
