We don't understand the reason of deletion. Firstly, a lot of companies in the AS are using Royal as their title. Secondly, Puyi is a given name among Man people, which has a population of more than 10 million. Yes, Puyi is the given name of the last empire of Qing Dynasty. But what about Louis? What about Alexander? Can you name a girl Isabella in Germany?
Finally, We didn't see any precedent of deletion because of name convention. Most of the players got the chances to change their names. But why did you delete Royal Puyi? Our alliance member, we called him Mr.Bee, has been a loyal player for more than 2 years in several servers but we are so disappointed about what the AS team did all these days.

We have actually discussed with Royal Puyi about the name changes several times. He hasn't come up with a proper name until now. We also checked every point of the name convention and we didn't find any clue of deleting the company if someone violate that.
Besides, for the historical matter, Puyi is not an offense at all. In China, there is even a company called Puyi Optical which is a boutique glasses shop. How can Chinese authorities approve that if Puyi is an offense???

And, for the name again. Germany had Emperors, for example, Fredrick III. Is it illegal to call anyone Fredrick in Germany?

You kindly provide a Chinese version so provide an opportunity for those players to enjoy the game but we get little technical support in Chinese. 2. That's really our fault. We checked the name convention and found nothing about the result of violation so basically, we didn't take it seriously. I recommend AS team to add some more points to the name convention.

1. emperor's name was used. PUYI literately can be anything in Chinese character that has the sound/pinyin PU and YI. I can name my puppy PUYI and it will have nothing to do with whoever from the past, and if someone doesn't like it, they can suck it and that can not be the reason my puppy gets killed, or there have to be some consequences.
2. AS team thinks it may offend other Chinese people? what you THINK can never be reasons for any thing like this, deleting an account, need I say more?
To be fair the member recieved a message regarding the name on the 4th (10 days ago). It was then by the looks of it passed on to other ES members to translate. At no point (by admition of lijrtc) in those 10 days did either the member, or any ES member voice any objection, or ask for clarification, or engage in a discussion with AS
so, did the first 2 messages include any deadline of shutting the company? I am only wondering, if not, was there a warning message right before it was shutting down? that's some very basic procedures I reckon for some big actions like this. After all, the player is paying for the game, there's an obligation for the team to give a deadline, no?

Wasn't the Chinese version only available as of last year? Yet he's been playing for 2 years...so someone else has been helping him play, someone who probably has his own airlines in the same servers? If I read those two posts together, Mr. Bee sounds like a "legal" way to have a multi-account, a puppet.

I request AS Team to make an investigation for whether Puyi has multi-account or not. It's not very friendly to offend someone without evidence.

who says Puyi is an offensive name to Chinese? This is the first time I heard about this. Plus I don’t think any Chinese would feel offended. The character Fu Manchu is even worse.
There is a browser called Google Chrome and a service called Google Translate.
Google chrome can utilize Google Translate to translate any web page in any language to any other language. Although the translation is kinda buggy, it still provide a relatively reliable way for users to understand the webpage in foreign language which they don't understand.

Just saying guys - he can use google translate to play the game, but not to read his IGMs or defend his case on the forum/to the admins? You can indeed suspect me of having multiple accounts, feel free to accuse me as well if you have evidence or suspicion due to quotes like the ones I posted above. I would consider it unfair to the other players if you had information on me having multi-accounts and you didn't bring it to the admins' attention. I think people need to stop victimizing themselves when they break game rules and own up to it. Same as the cheaters in Earth Stand - they all asked why their accounts were deleted knowing full well they had multi-accounts and were cheating left right and centre. Own up to it! You're embarrassing yourself and your country on the internet, which (I hear) is the most important place in the world to have a good reputation!

I totally agree. The multi-account problem is really serious violation to the game rules. If the AS team found anyone violate the game rule clearly, I totally support the deletion. But rumors and endless discussions without any evidence really should be avoided.

bollocks, you were the one who was accusing Puyi here on his multi-account and yet you were complaining? your "evidence" was your assumption on how Puyi usually plays the game between 2 languages, and because of that, I would say your intelligence is beyond compare really...
So let me remind you, Puyi was deleted because of the company name "violating" the rules, which was totally bullsh*t and AS has nothing to back it up, yet it was still deleted without any notice, shocking eh?
This case happened to a player who can't speak English and argue for himself, otherwise it wouldn't end up like this and that I am positive.
