First of all - please take care on the netiquette - words like "bullsh*t" are not wanted here in our forum.
Please note, that the player has been informed twice and there was NO response - not even one in chinese - so no excuse in here. I ask you not to state something wrong which you even don't know or can judge about!
If there is something we can change in, we do this yes, but in this case it was not possible to change it with the existing words in the name without violating any rule. And we are NOT here to think about new airlinenames for the player.
This case happened to a player who can't speak English and argue for himself, otherwise it wouldn't end up like this and that I am positivei
What i don't understand is: how he played for 2 years if he knows no english at all ??? Chinese interface is available only for a few months as i remember.

In my opinion something stinks here.
Well, I don't know the answer to your question. But if it was a german-only game, with some practice and the help from translation tools, I think I could work on it, or possibly no translation tools at all. It's a game with patterns and aircraft types that are universal, not a piece of newspaper with grammars everywhere, plus 2 years are more than enough for person with an average IQ to get around it, what do you think?
And you might be right, there's perhaps something going on, but that hasn't been confirmed and more importantly, that was NOT the reason his company was shut down at the first place. We can't kill someone because of something he didn't do and then comfort ourselves with his past bad behaviours that may not be even true. In my opinion, that stinks.

That's the thing though, his alliance partners are implying that he's fluent/smart enough to play the game without help for two years, yet shouldn't be blamed for not reading IGMs because he doesn't speak the language. The implication I made about multi-accounting was because the members of his alliance have started to be revealed as multi-accounters/cheaters, which probably should have been obvious by the fact that they had huge airlines (ex.: an airline having something like 50 B737s and 10 B747s and 100s of total aircraft) just after the game world started.
one last words, a player gets punished because they cheat, that's a very right thing to do.
How about a mistake that the team makes? in this case the player has his problem but the team takes most of the responsibility, unless you convince the jury that Puyi was a violation and you have sent him the deadline.
Only because he's not defending himself, it doesn't mean it should end like this, or I am going to ask where is the justice?
I think you are behaving childish. Do you have any idea about justice ? Everywhere in the world when the authorities tell you something or ask you something not replying will have consequences. Not knowing something is illegal is not an excuse that will exonerate anyone from responsibility, neither the fact that he doesn't speak english, he knows enough to play the game so he could figure it out that the team wants something from him. But he ignored the message showing that he doesn't care about his account.
In this case the AS team is the authority and the player was asked to do something (to abide a rule). Not replying is indeed a very good reason for the team to do what they did and i see no reason to call this a mistake.

I tend to agree.
If he had two IM's than he should have responded. If there is no response than basically he is forgoing any rights about keeping his airline. I would be inclined to think that if he had provided evidence that the name was not offensive and discussed it with AS than perhaps a solution could have been worked out prior to this action being taken.
Do you have any idea about my knowledge in injustice? Correct me if I am wrong, multi-account is injustice to other players, killing a player without a notice is injustice to the one who gets killed, and according to you, one gets killed without knowing he's going to get killed is legal and not a mistake.
And again, everyone is emphasising on Puyi and his indifference to the message, I didn't deny it neither, What I am saying here is, shouldn't we also look into the unthoughtful action that AS team has taken, I have made it clear in this thread, take a look and learn more about the story if you fancy.
And you are using the word "killing" which is a very very bad choice of words and i think you intend just to inflate the story with it. Fortunately no one got killed. One person had his account deleted. No tragedy here.
But all the warnings didn't involve having his account deleted.
I won't say nothing anymore if the warning contained something like "if you wouldn't reply in xx days you company will be deleted without further notification" But it's not!
you really don't have an eye for the right and wrong. If he was warned and knew his company would be deleted anytime, do you think there would be still any point that we are discussing this?
And please do not be nitpick on my choice of words, it won't change the fact that the whole thing was pathetically executed.

He WAS warned!
What other ways of communication should the AS team use? They cannot just ring the door bell, call him by telephone, send him letters to his home, or others... The ingame message is the only way of communication here, so the AS team did everything they could!

go ask the AS team whether they have sent an WARNING saying HEY YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN AT THIS THAT TIME? If no, it's NOT a warning about SHUTTING DOWN A company, but a message to suggest a name change.

How hard was it to get the point?
You guys seem to be implying that you know what the 2 warnings said. Almost as though one of you or both of you had access to the account that got deleted. I assume that after the account was deleted there was no longer access to the IGMs, so you would have had to have seen the IGMs before the account was deleted. Something really stinks here folks.
