I just bid some aircrafts in Gatow. I didn’t get the metal when the biding time is over and shows --:–. When I check the aircraft market. These aircrafts are gone but I didn’t get my money back. Where is the plane?

It has some back-log (take a look at the game status on the footer of each in-game page).
When the auctioneer is processed after the auction is closed (game time!), the aircraft will be available. This is a protection to keep the chronological order of all payments.
Same happened to me. I bid then the aircraft os gone.
