which first? feeder or connections?

So I’m choosing between adding more feeder flights by buying a new plane or adding more connection by buying a new plane

in the short run, I’ll gain a lot more by put it as my feeder, but it might be more beneficial to give my company new destinations to improve connections

so which one should I choose? I only have a fleet of 8 planes so for now every step is very crucial.

lease the plane, it’s cheaper

and adding feeder flights is never wrong

Work on a wave structure, so your feeder flight picks up passengers from one side and feeds to a few flights going further in the same direction.

thanks for the input, but how do I know where my passengers want to go? or where are they traveling to?

You don’t, all you know is that they are connecting from of your flights but not which one.
