Why Tu-204-300 is more restricted by runway in landing than takeoff?

I was comparing the usage of different aircrafts in ITM-OGG-ITM:

As OGG’s runway is only 2133m long, most aircrafts performance are restricted by the runway length, and thus the OGG-ITM leg wouod have less payload than the other leg. However Tu-204-300 is not the same.

Why is the aircraft having more harsh payload restrictions in takeoff than landing?

aircraft stopping abilities... brake system, both dynamic and wheel, and engine reverse on Tu204 might be not efficient enough
