workers mood in single airline country

If I understand it correctly, workers mood increases as wages grow compared to the national average.

So, if I'm in a country with a single airline, will I see any mood increase considering the national averages will always be the same as my workers pay?

Or is the average calculated comparing my current wages with the initial base pay set for that country by AS?

As far as I remember, for the country average calculation, there are always one or two "dummy airlines" per country which have the default wages. So the average won't be influenced by your airline alone.
