Suggestion:

On the page Station-> Ground Services

When there are multiple passenger and cargo terminals the page gets cluttered and it's difficult to quickly see exiting contracts.

My suggestion:

List all exiting contracts on the top of the page, so they are quickly and readily available

and put all terminals being offered underneath, on the lower portion of the page.

Hm, sounds very specific, like in "I don't care about the terminal of the offer, I just want to see all of them". The current view is indeed quite cluttered, but I think it makes sense to have the offers and the existing contracts structures by terminal. That's one of the things that annoys me about unified cargo handling, because this rule is broken there.
