6.2 Next/Previous buttons

Hiya

Couldn't see this in the working lists, but in Fleet Management, when you use the next/previous buttons the aircraft are in a different order than how they appear in the list. For example, when I click on the top aircraft to look at the flights screen, the only option is 'previous' which takes me to another point on the list (i.e not the subsequent aircraft).

Tiny thing, but a bit disorientating.

The default behaviour of the previous/next buttons has always been to move to the previous/next aircraft in numerical order (by registry). The default behaviour of the fleet list after the 6.2 update is to show unscheduled aircraft at the top, then scheduled aircraft below.

All the aircraft are scheduled, so does it do the list in order of when they were scheduled? That would possibly explain it, except even using that rule the way the list currently appears as default doesn't make sense.

From what I see it is still in previous/next within the aircraft view is still in the order of the registry, no matter what's the status of the schedule.

Actually, I think I've worked it out in that it remembers the last 'sorted' version and doesn't return to a default way of listing the aircraft, hence the different orders in that the list is sorted by nickname, whereas the 'next/previous' are indeed going by registration.

Is this new or am I just getting muddled? I possibly just never sorted by name in my default in the old version.

Note that the sort state of many tables now gets persisted. Whatever you choose as your sort criteria will still be selected the next time you open the fleet management page. So everyone here probably has a different perceived "default sorting" :)
