How longer after canceling a lease does it take for the a/c to not show up ini fleet management anymore? I canceled one about 3 days ago, that still shows up in fleet management.

All contracts are weekly contracts - so it always depends, when the contract is due the next time.
I see the lease getting credited back on my finacial schedule and the contract shows as terminated. yet the a/c still shows in the fleet management.

It will leave when your next lease payment was due. You will get your deposit back (less the leasing cost). You will also lose and cabin seats etc you may have put on the aircraft - this will reduce your balance sheet value, and will appear in depreciation (iirc) on your income statement.
