A mate of mine cannot get into any world, it comes up with an error like their is no internet. Can anyone help?

Nah because he is on the website and internet. He can get into a game world but when he clicks the blue part to log in it goes to no connection
might be a mistake with his browser perhaps. Have never heard about something like this before.
