AS is built by one person, and one person alone. I would suggest that if you can do better / develop something quicker then you give it a shot and build it yourself
there is a testing process to try things out before it gets rolled out to avoid issues happening again this takes time
if there was changes all the time do you not think it would put players off trying to keep up?
