Aircraft Condition - What is it and how do i improve it

I’ve only just started my airline with two brand new a321s and I’ve been looking at the maintainance section and both of my aircraft say 48% condition in red. I’m wondering what aircraft condition means and how do I improve it (I’ve looked at some posts about this and i think it’s something to do with maintainance (i am with Helvetic maintainance) but im not sure). Also, if aircraft condition is too low, will it make my flights be cancelled because my flights have started to be cancelled. My maintainance are all in green but the condition is in red. Thanks

Unfortunatelly, when aircraft condition drops below 50%, they won’t fly, the assigned routes will be cancelled. The condition improves with each mx session, you don’t need to anything special, just ensure your maintenance ratio is above 100%. How much the condition will improve, it depends on mx window duration (the light blue sections of your flight plan) and efficiency of your mx company - if window is sufficiently long and selected contractor is efficient, you may get it close to 100% at once; otherwise, it will improve bit by bit with each maint…
From my experience, if your mx ratio is near 100%, it is necessary to leave at least 3 or 4 mx windows during a week; if you have only 1 or 2 longer windows, the aircraft condition will not endure untill the next mx window.

That makes sense now, I was reading the handbook about maintenance and it was somewhat confusing to me whether the percentage was the condition or maintenance. I’ve change my aircraft’s schedules so that they have two maintenance slots a day and I hope now that will fix them.

Hm, I’m not sure two maintenance slots a day are good option, either - the maintenance takes place only if ac is more than 2 hrs on the ground; so it makes sense if you need those long AOG periods for your waves; otherwise, it’s waste of aircraft time, it should be in the air as much as possible.
I don’t say it’s correct approach, but what I aim for is either 5-6 hrs window every day, i.e. overnight, from around midnight to first morning flight, or, if those overnight slots are not sufficient, then 10-12 hrs window 3-4 days a week, which means sacrificing one shorter flight on those days.
