My flight has just been cancelled since the aircraft condition is 48%. How could I increase it so that the next flights scheduled wont be affected and the aircraft would be able to fly again??

make sure your maintenance ratio is more than 100%, give more ground time between flights to allow the needed maintenance to take place.

you might want to cancel next flight(s) as the subsequent flight will be cancelled anyway as the aircraft would be in wrong airport unless you schedule a transfer flight,

So long as the plane is grounded for more than 2 hours, even if because of a cancelled flight, it will receive maintenance if you can pay for it. But you won’t see any change until the next flight departs - the system will always show 48% condition until then.

I've encountered a similar problem, where my flight ratings would degrade as there were more and more flights, although my maintenance ratio was 100.2% (lucky one). So I had a look at load monitoring and cancelled flights from this evening and thursday evening and postponed them to saturday evening and sunday. You should do the same, rather than a packed week and a single full day off, make it so that you distribute maintenance times to every other day. Except for ultra-long flights (>10h long), I recommend at least a 2h maintenace gap every day, even more than one if you do lots of daily short flights. The more take-offs and landings the plane does without maintenace, the lower its condition will be. Even if you don't go below 50% the low condition will still affect your airline image. 

Lots of short maintenace gaps tend to keep the condition higher than just a few long gaps with lots of flights in between. And that will keep your image higher.

Most likely you didn't evenly distribute the maintenance time. i suggest you have maintenance every day or per two days (for ultra-long haul flights since some of the flights may last for nearly one day)

There is no difference on maintenance for each type of aircraft, the only difference is the price (more cost after 3 categories).

It depends on the maintenance provider, airplane age (older = more time needed), number and length of flights, and probably other factors. Generally speaking the more take offs and landings, the more maintenance is needed.

I find that for long-haul flights (2 flights per day, i.e.1 return flight), a single daily 2h gap is enough. For short flights <1000 km with lots of take offs you may need two 2h gaps (or one large gap) per day. For medium-haul flights usually something in between (one daily 2h gap, plus another 2h gap every other day). Of course, more than that will ensure the plane takes off on a higher condition (thus higher image), but that comes at the cost of efficiency.
