Bleriot IV have no planes available in the market.
Reading the set-up for Bleriot IV may help:
Latest ORS version
Only current aircraft types available
No used aircraft at start <<<<<<<<<<
Nighttime bans off
Standard slots
Multiple holdings per account allowed
Increasing demand over time
No IPOs possible
As RainerD said, the server doesn’t offer used aircraft upon launch, so machines will only be added if players choose to sell some. So it always depends a bit on the server configuration
I have never seen a bigger stupidity… If a new player enters on the market need to wait for what something that “could” be sold? Wait a long time and well…Good bye BIV.

I get what you’re saying, but there are game worlds that do offer used aircraft at start, Otto for example - you can check the configurations on our blog 
This has existed for years. People like it since it forces everyone to buy planes from the manufacturers. You have two choices - either order planes from manufacturer, or choose another world. As Lena said, there’s a plethora of choices to suit your playstyle.
