This is probably going to be a longer series, therefore the fancy numbering in the title. The things you will see here are not for immediate release but will only be rolled out when all parts of the new aircraft market are done. So please stick with us!
The first step in any aircraft transaction is of course the creation of an offer. As you’ve probably guessed already, this can be done from the new fleet management screen:

As you can see, it says “minimum price”. That’s because the new aircraft market will be based on an auctioning system to find actual market prices for aircraft. This will of course operate within a strict set of rules (thanks very much, cheaters!) but it will be a lot more dynamic than what we got today.

I put a lot of thought into how the selection interface for the price would look like and I settled for the matrix you see in the screenshots. It’s very easy and fast to use (open the window, click a button, done) while offering a sufficient amount of choices.

As you can see, the current restrictions on who’s allowed to act as a lessor still apply (for now) which is why the two right columns are faded.

You can choose whether you want to sell the aircraft, offer it for lease or both (therefore leaving the choice to the customer).

Even if you only offer it for sale, the buyer can still use leasing or loan financing via the ATO. That’s because “buying an aircraft” and “financing an aircraft” will be two separate things in the new system.

Your aircraft may have a schedule and flights when you offer it for sale: The schedule will be deleted while booked-in flights will be cancelled (causing the standard penalty).

Dies wird vermutlich eine etwas längere Serie, daher die Nummerierung im Titel. Alles hier gezeigte ist nicht für den sofortigen Release bestimmt sondern wird erst dann ausgeliefert, wenn der gesamte neue Flugzeugmarkt fertig ist. Ich bitte daher noch um etwas Geduld.
Der erste Schritt eines jeden Flugzeughandels ist natürlich das Anlegen des Angebots. Wie ihr euch sicherlich bereits gedacht habt, kann dies aus der neuen Flottenverwaltung heraus erledigt werden:

Ein paar Erläuterungen zum gezeigten:

Wie man sehen kann steht dort "Minimum Price" (Mindestpreis). Das liegt daran, dass der neuen Flugzeugmarkt im Kern auf einem Auktionssystem basieren wird um die tatsächlichen Marktpreise von Flugzeugen zu ermitteln. Dies wird selbstverständlich im engen Rahmen eines strengen Regelwerks stattfinden (vielen Dank, Cheater!), aber es wird deutlich dynamischer als das was wir heute haben.

Ich habe eine ganze Weile darüber nachgedacht, wie das Auswahl-Interface für den Startpreis aussehen könnte und bin dann bei der im Screenshot sichtbaren Matrix angelangt. Sie lässt sich schnell und einfach bedienen (Fenster öffnen, Button anklicken, fertig), bietet aber trotzdem noch eine ausreichende Anzahl an Preisstufen.

Wie man sehen kann gelten die Regeln dafür, wer als Lessor agieren kann, (bisher) weiterhin. Daher sind die Buttons in den rechten beiden Spalten in diesem Fall gedimmt.

Man kann auswählen ob man die Maschine verkaufen, verleasen oder beides will (man überlässt die Wahl also dem Käufer).

Selbst wenn die Maschine nur zum Verkauf anbietet kann der Käufer auf eine Leasing- oder Kredit-Finanzierung seitens der ATO zurückgreifen. Das liegt daran, dass "eine Maschine kaufen" und "eine Maschine finanzieren" im neuen System zwei voneinander getrennte Dinge sein werden.

Ein Flugzeug darf einen Flugplan und Flüge habe, wenn man sie zum Verkauf anbietet: Der Flugplan wird gelöscht, eingebuchte Flüge werden gecancelled (bei entsprechenden Entschädigungsgebühren).
