If the holding co transfer 1 aircraft to subsidiary, then can the subsidiary sell this aircraft and collect money? is it legal or illegal?

If the holding owns the aircraft and transfers it, the subsidiary can sell it or offer it for leasing at the aircraft market. No problems here.
