I'm having difficulty figuring out how to assign service profiles to aircraft. Can anyone help?
Service profiles can only be assigned to airport pairs (for example in Inventory) or flight numbers.

I also love the new interface. It will take sometime to get use to where everything is. One question, I assigned my on board service thru "Flight Numbers". When I went to "Inventory" and selected a few flights it showed that no on board service was assigned. It seems that if you assigned it in "Flight Numbers" it should also show up in "Inventory".

In fact, flight numbers are a "lower level" than the settings in Inventory. If you change a setting in Inventory, it will affect ALL flight segments on that airport pair. At the same time, you can manually adjust the prices of every single flight number on a pair to have different values. Hope that makes sense :)
Some one who has been playing AS for a long time should make a video comparing the new system to the old one.
