Hey there! Usually when a new world comes out, they are flooded with requests. In normal periods, the team takes 72 hours or less - but with a high volume (446 airlines) opening in the past few days in Quimby… I expect a lot of those are in the queue now 
If you want to particularly follow up on a logo specifically, write or create a ticket with support.
